JixPay delivers all services digitally. All deliverables, updates and service notifications are provided through your JixPay Client Dashboard, with confirmation sent to your registered email address. This policy explains how services are delivered, timelines, client responsibilities, and acceptance requirements.

This policy applies to all digital services provided by JixPay, including:
- Domain registration & transfers
- Website design & development
- SEO, digital marketing & advertising services
- Professional Email Services (custom domain-based email solutions)
- SSL setup, integrations, and related digital services
- Maintenance and retainer-based services (excluding hosting)

3 How Services Are Delivered
JixPay Dashboard
All deliverables, files, documents, project updates, tickets and invoices are available in your dashboard.
Email Notification
Each order, milestone, or completed deliverable is confirmed via email to your registered address.
Third-Party Platforms
Access to external platforms (Google, Meta, registrars) is shared securely through the dashboard.
