Terms of Service
Legal agreement governing your use of JixPay services including domain registration, website development, SEO and digital solutions.
This Terms of Service Agreement is a legally binding contract between JixPay / JixTech Private Limited and you. By purchasing, activating, or using any JixPay service you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the policies referenced below:

1 Definitions
- Services:
- Any product or service provided by JixPay, including domain registration, website development, SEO, professional email services, SSL, integrations, and related digital services.
- Account:
- Your JixPay client account and dashboard access.
- User Content:
- Any content you upload, post, publish or store through our Services.
2 Account Eligibility, Security & Management
- You must be at least 18 years old to register
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Keep your password and credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- JixPay may suspend accounts for suspected fraud or abuse
3 Orders, Activation & Delivery
Orders are accepted and processed in accordance with our Service Delivery Policy. Deliverables, notifications, invoices and reports will be provided through your JixPay client dashboard and registered email.
📌 Timelines quoted are estimates; actual delivery depends on receipt of required client inputs and third-party providers.
4 Domain Name Services
As a domain reseller and registrar partner, the following apply:
- Availability & Pricing: Domain availability not guaranteed; premium domains excluded from standard pricing
- Non-Instant Registration: Activation may take time depending on registry
- Non-Refundable: Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are final (except as stated in Refund Policy)
- ICANN/Registry Locks: Subject to 60-day transfer locks and registry rules
- ccTLD Requirements: Certain domains (.in) require additional documentation
- Expiration & Redemption: You are responsible for timely renewal
5 User Content & Monitoring
- You retain ownership of your User Content
- You are solely responsible for lawfulness and security of content
- JixPay reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement
7 Billing, Payment & Suspension for Non-Payment
- You agree to pay for Services in advance as invoiced
- Recurring services automatically renew unless cancelled
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
- Initiating chargeback without discussion may result in account suspension
10 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use JixPay Services to host, publish, transmit or link to material that:
- Violates any applicable law or encourages illegal activity
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Contains malware, phishing, or malicious code
- Facilitates spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Promotes fraud, phishing or financial scams
- Is abusive, harassing, defamatory or objectionable
13 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JixPay's total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Service during the 12 months preceding the event.
JixPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Patna, Bihar, India have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
Before formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation and escalation via support channels.
