Refund Policy

This Refund Policy works together with our Service Cancellation & Termination Policy. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Effective from: 01/10/2025

1 General Terms

All refund requests must be submitted via your client dashboard or by emailing refunds@jixpay.com or support@jixpay.com.

  • Include name/company, order number, service to refund, and reason with supporting docs
  • Review within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method
  • Non-recoverable third-party fees are deducted from refunds
  • Outstanding invoices may be deducted from refunds

2 Domain Services

.com Domain Registration

Non-Refundable once processed or domain activated

Exception: Full refund if registration fails due to our technical error (minus third-party charges)

Domain Transfer

  • Full refund if transfer fails due to our error
  • No refund for failures due to incorrect auth codes, locked domains, or client issues
  • Refund eligible if cancelled while still pending (subject to third-party charges)

Domain Renewal

  • 7-day refund window if renewal processed in error by JixPay
  • No refund for renewals requested by client
  • Partial refunds for multi-year renewals considered case-by-case

3 Website Development & Project-Based Services

✅ Before Project Start

Full refund available minus non-recoverable fees

⚠️ During Development (up to 30% completion)

Refund of remaining balance may be provided based on milestones

❌ After 30% Completion

No refund — fees for completed work are non-refundable

📋 Client Cancellation

Client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to cancellation date

4 Monthly Maintenance, Email & Subscription Services

  • Cancellation requires 30 days' notice
  • Prorated refunds for unused full months may be provided (at our discretion)
  • No refund for partial months already consumed

5 SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO Audit Services

48-hour refund window following delivery if audit is incomplete or inaccurate

Monthly SEO Services

First month: 14-day money-back guarantee

Ongoing months: 30 days' cancellation notice required

Note: Refunds not provided for ranking/performance outcomes

Other Digital Marketing Retainers

Follow terms in signed service agreement; performance outcomes not basis for refunds

6 Non-Refundable Items (always)

The following are NOT eligible for refunds once processed or delivered:

  • Activated domain registrations and completed transfers
  • Third-party licenses, premium domains, external subscriptions
  • SSL certificates once issued
  • Custom development work accepted after client approval
  • Rush job / expedited service fees
  • Payment processing and bank charges

7 Deductions & Withholding

  • Any outstanding amounts owed to JixPay may be deducted from refund
  • Refunds may be withheld until outstanding invoices are paid

8 Dispute & Review Process

If you dispute a refund decision, submit supporting evidence to refunds@jixpay.com. We will review and respond.

Our final decision will be made in reference to this Refund Policy, Service Cancellation & Termination Policy, and any signed service agreement.
